Welcome to Woodland Mounds where all the conveniences necessary for a comfortable lifestyle await your arrival. The building is staffed with an on-site resident manager who, along with the managing the day-to-day operations of the building, assists in coordinating activities and publishes a monthly newsletter.

Your new home is decorated and laid out tastefully with a main lobby on the first floor, featuring a fireplace and comfortable seating.  Also, on the first floor is an activity room and community kitchen.  A bathroom, with handicap access is centralized in the building.  The library is located on the second floor and a large sun deck with patio table seating and sunshade seating is nestled high up off the fourth floor, facing beautiful Rice Lake.  Residents appreciate the underground, heated garage accessible from the elevators.  The outdoor patio with a table seating, sunshade, benches and grill set off our back entrance for residents or visitors.

 

Woodland Mounds was built and located with you in mind; security entrance system, close to a major highway, shopping, medical clinic, walking path around the lake, a beautiful landscape of rolling hills, ample shrubbery and greenery, all on the shores of Rice Lake.  The building is on the intersection of Rice Lake Road and Maple Knoll Way at 8377 Rice Lake Road in Maple Grove, Mn 55369.  There are many churches close by as well as parks and recreation areas.
